Delete your Xeep account

Deleting your account takes effect straight away and cannot be undone. We cancel any recurring billing, then delete your account and the information that identifies you, including your profile, contact details, uploaded lab reports, and any link between you and your measurements. We keep a de-identified copy of your health measurements, such as heart rate, sleep, activity, and lab values, to improve Xeep. That copy has no name, contact details, or account id, and its dates are shifted so it cannot reasonably be matched back to you. Payments already made are not refunded, and our payment provider keeps billing records for as long as tax law requires.
