These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products and services offered by XEEP PLT (Company Registration No. 202504002688), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia ("Xeep," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through our website at xeep.io, mobile applications, authorized retail partners, or any other sales channels we may operate.
By placing an order for any Xeep product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Sale, you should not complete any purchase transaction.
The Xeep Device is exclusively available through subscription purchase and cannot be purchased separately as standalone hardware. All Xeep subscriptions (Lite and Pro) include both the Xeep Device hardware and ongoing access to the Xeep wellness intelligence platform. When you subscribe to any Xeep plan, you receive the physical Xeep Device as part of your subscription package, along with continuous access to platform features for the duration of your active subscription. We do not offer hardware-only purchases under any circumstances.
The Xeep Device is provided as a conditional benefit of your active subscription. The device becomes your property only after 6 months of continuous subscription, or you may return the device upon cancellation.
The Xeep Device is a wellness wearable designed to continuously monitor your health metrics and sync data to the Xeep platform. Key specifications include:
The Xeep Device has an estimated standalone market value of RM78-138 (equivalent to approximately 2 months of subscription fees). This device is provided to you as part of your subscription bundle at no additional hardware charge, meaning the subscription price covers both the device and ongoing platform access.
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as displayed on our website or communicated by our sales channel at that time.
As of the effective date of these Terms, Xeep is not yet registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST) in Malaysia as our annual revenue is below the mandatory registration threshold of RM500,000. Therefore, SST is not currently added to prices.
Once our revenue exceeds the SST registration threshold, we will register with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and begin collecting applicable SST on taxable goods and services. When this occurs, we will notify customers and SST will be clearly indicated as a separate line item at checkout. Current pricing may increase to account for SST when it becomes applicable.
We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor, HitPay:
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) or higher. HitPay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification.
We will never ask you to provide credit card information via email, text message, or phone call. If you receive any suspicious communication requesting payment information claiming to be from Xeep, please report it to hi@xeep.io immediately.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services. Your order is not final until you receive an order confirmation from us.
Upon successful order placement, you will immediately receive an automated order confirmation email at the email address associated with your account. This email will contain your order number, itemized list of products or services purchased, pricing breakdown, estimated delivery timeframe (for hardware), and links to track your order status.
The order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact hi@xeep.io with your order details.
We reserve the right to verify order details and may contact you to confirm your identity, payment information, or delivery address before processing your order. We may request additional documentation such as government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification.
We implement fraud detection and prevention measures to protect both Xeep and our customers. Suspicious orders may be flagged for manual review, delayed, or cancelled. Indicators of potential fraud include mismatched billing and delivery addresses, use of multiple payment methods in quick succession, unusually large orders, or other patterns consistent with fraudulent activity.
The Xeep Device is shipped to new subscribers when they first activate a Lite or Pro subscription. The device is delivered once as part of your initial subscription bundle. Ongoing subscription payments after device delivery cover continuous platform access, software updates, and customer support. Shipping terms below apply to your initial device delivery.
We currently deliver to all addresses in Peninsular Malaysia, including all states and federal territories (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan).
Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak is available but may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery times due to the geographic distance and logistical requirements.
International shipping is not currently available. We only ship to addresses within Malaysia. International customers should monitor our website for announcements regarding expansion to additional countries.
These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to courier performance, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays (for international components), public holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified in your order. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
For purposes of this section, "delivery" means when the product is delivered to the specified address and either signed for by the recipient or left at the address in accordance with courier standard practices, as confirmed by the courier's tracking system.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return products within seven days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided the conditions specified below are met.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to verify it meets the return conditions specified in Section 6.1. Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned product.
We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions (e.g., product has been used, packaging is damaged, product is missing components), we will contact you via email to explain why the return was rejected. You may choose to have the product returned to you at your expense, or you may forfeit the product to Xeep with no refund issued.
Xeep warrants that the Xeep Device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase by the customer ("Warranty Period").
If you believe your Xeep Device has a defect covered by this warranty, you must:
We will review your warranty claim within 5-7 business days and may request additional information or diagnostic testing. If we determine the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide you with one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:
Xeep subscriptions provide ongoing access to the Xeep wellness intelligence platform, including continuous health monitoring, XQ score calculation, AI insights, and related features. Subscription service levels and features are described in our Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate.
New customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Pro subscription. The trial begins when you first pair your Xeep Device and activate your account. During the trial, you must provide valid payment information.
Unless you cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends, and your payment method will be charged at the current Pro subscription rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to subscription features until that time. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.
We may offer promotional codes, discount codes, or coupon codes for reduced pricing on products or subscriptions. Use of promotional codes is subject to the following conditions:
Specific terms and conditions for promotional offers will be communicated at the time of the promotion through our website, email, or other marketing channels. These terms are incorporated by reference into your purchase agreement.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability, but we do not guarantee that products will always be in stock. Product availability information displayed on our website is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time inventory levels.
If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you via email within 2 business days, provide an estimated restock date if available, and offer alternatives: wait for restock (backorder), substitute with similar product if acceptable, or cancel that portion of your order with full refund.
If you choose to backorder an out-of-stock product:
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Xeep's total liability arising from or relating to your purchase of products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or RM100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your purchase or use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection laws.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact hi@xeep.io to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Describe your concern, desired resolution, and contact information. We will attempt resolution within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) or Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), conducted in English in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued purchase of products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to make it valid or severed, and remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
These Terms of Sale, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding purchases from Xeep and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
