Partner Data Sharing | Xeep

1. Overview

Partner Link lets you link your Xeep account with one partner at a time to exchange computed wellness phase summaries — not raw health records. By enabling Partner Link, you consent to the processing described here and in our Privacy Policy.

2. What is shared

Share level	Your partner may see
Phase only (default)	Current wellness phase name and a short wellness tip
Phase + energy	Above plus an energy score (0–100%)
Full summary	Above plus approximate days until your next phase transition
Private	Nothing — your partner cannot read your shared phase document

3. What is NOT shared

Period history, flow intensity, symptoms, or notes
Raw cycle calendar entries or full cycle period logs
Heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, sleep, HRV, or activity raw readings
Your full health dashboard or medical records
Your account email or password

4. Bidirectional linking

When you accept a partner invite, both accounts may share summaries with each other. Each person controls their own share level independently.

5. Who can access your shared data

Only your linked partner account can read your wellness phase summary, subject to Firebase security rules and your share level. Xeep does not sell this data to third parties.

7. How to stop sharing

Set your share level to Private in Settings → Partner Link
Tap Unlink partner — sharing stops immediately for both users

8. Retention

While linked: one summary document updated when your phase changes
After unlink: shared phase documents are deleted; link fields cleared
Consent records are retained for legal audit (not deleted on unlink)
