1. Overview
Partner Link is an optional feature that lets you link your Xeep account with one partner at a time to exchange wellness phase summaries — not raw health records.
By enabling Partner Link, you consent to the processing described in this addendum and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years or older to use Partner Link.
2. What is shared
Depending on your chosen share level, your linked partner may see:

| Phase only (default) | Current wellness phase name (e.g. Follicular, Luteal) and a short wellness tip |
| Phase + energy | Phase name, tip, and an energy score (0–100%) |
| Full summary | Phase name, tip, energy score, and approximate days until your next phase transition |
| Private | Nothing — your partner cannot read your shared phase document |
What is NOT shared
- Period history, flow intensity, symptoms, or notes
- Raw cycle calendar entries or
cyclePeriodsdata - Heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, sleep, HRV, or activity raw readings
- Full health dashboard or medical records
- Your account email or password
3. Bidirectional linking
When you accept a partner invite, both accounts may share summaries with each other. Each person controls their own share level independently.
4. Who can access your shared data
Only the one linked partner account authenticated in Xeep can read your partnerSharedPhase summary. This is enforced by Firebase security rules. Xeep staff do not use this data for marketing or sale to third parties.
5. Wellness disclaimer
Partner Link insights are for wellness reference only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
6. How to stop sharing
You may stop sharing at any time by:
- Setting your share level to Private
- Tapping Unlink partner in Settings → Partner Link
Unlinking deletes your active shared phase document immediately. Your partner will no longer see your summary.
7. Retention
- Active sharing: One summary document (
partnerSharedPhase/current) updated when your phase changes - After unlink: Shared phase documents are deleted; partner link fields are cleared
- Consent record: Your acceptance of this addendum is retained for legal audit (not deleted on unlink)

This addendum supplements the Xeep Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Privacy Policy governs except where this addendum provides more specific detail for Partner Link.
