These Terms of Service are a binding agreement with XEEP PLT (LLP Registration No. 202504002688). They cover xeep.io, iOS and Android apps, the Xeep Device, and related Services. Creating an account or using the Services means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
They apply to trial users, Xeep Go (device + base app access), Lite, and Pro. Bundles include the physical device plus subscription access as shown at checkout.
1. Agreement to Terms
Using Xeep binds you to these Terms. Discontinue immediately if you disagree.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be 18+, able to contract under Malaysian law, and a resident of Malaysia or a country where Xeep is officially available. Use must be lawful.
Provide accurate name, email, date of birth, and other registration data, and keep it current. You are responsible for password security and all activity on the account. Notify [email protected] of unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and not transferable; multiple accounts for one person are prohibited unless Xeep authorizes them. Manual wellness entries should be truthful. We may require ID to verify age or residency; failure can mean suspension or termination.
3. Services Description
Core services: XQ Flow State Intelligence (Recovery 30%, Current State 30%, Flow Readiness 25%, Resilience 10%, Circadian 5%); continuous monitoring of nine data streams; AI insights (subject to the Wellness & Medical Disclaimer); historical analysis; web and mobile dashboards.
Lite RM39/month: XQ, nine streams, 90-day history, essential dashboard, email support within 48 hours.
Pro RM69/month: Lite plus unlimited history, advanced AI, predictive XQ, 24-hour support, early features, detailed reports, family sharing for up to four extra users when launched.
Annual plans discount (Lite RM421/year and Pro RM745/year as stated on the live Terms; device included with first subscription delivery). Device must be paired to use platform features. Xeep Go is a one-time device + base app option as described at checkout.
7-day Pro trial from first pair/activation. Unless cancelled (Settings → Subscription → Cancel Trial), it converts to paid at the then-current rate. If you cancel in trial, return the device within 14 days at your shipping cost, original packaging and accessories, or we charge device value RM78 (Lite) or RM138 (Pro).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Do not misuse the Services, scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with security, share accounts, submit unlawful or harmful content, or violate law. We may investigate, remove content, warn, suspend or terminate, report to law enforcement, or pursue civil remedies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Services, XQ algorithm, branding, and related materials are Xeep IP. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps, site, and device as intended.
You own user-generated content (notes, meals, photos) but grant Xeep a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use it to operate and improve the Services, including aggregated anonymized use.
Wellness-data licence: you grant Xeep a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to collect, process, anonymize, and create derivative works from all nine wellness streams. Xeep may improve algorithms, keep a de identified copy of your health measurements when you delete your account, and publish aggregates that cannot identify you. Xeep may license that de identified copy to universities, healthcare providers, government health agencies, and pharmaceutical companies only as Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes. That section includes Research sharing in the profile screen, which is off unless you turn it on. Whether it is on or off, we keep the copy to improve Xeep. Affordable pricing depends on this model. Feedback you send may be used without compensation and is assigned to Xeep.
6. Third-Party Services
Firebase/Google Cloud (infra, auth), HitPay (payments), ReCaptcha (abuse protection). Their terms and privacy policies apply. We may add integrations and will update these Terms for material changes.
7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions
Fees billed in advance monthly or annually in RM; first payment includes hardware delivery plus first period. Taxes including SST if applicable are extra. Auto-renewal on the signup date / anniversary at the then-current rate.
HitPay: Visa/Mastercard, debit, FPX, supported e-wallets. You warrant you may use the payment method and will keep it current.
Monthly plans: minimum three-month commitment, then cancel in Settings → Subscription; access until period end; no pro-rated refunds. Trial: cancel with no charge during seven days; one trial per person.
8. Wellness and Medical Disclaimers
Not a medical device (not MDA/FDA cleared). XQ is not diagnostic. Blood pressure is 60–85% confidence algorithmic estimate — not for diagnosis or treatment. Metrics can be wrong. No medical advice. 9. Warranty Disclaimers
Services as is and as available. No implied merchantability or fitness warranties to the extent Malaysian law allows. No warranty that XQ or insights are accurate. Third-party services disclaimed. Data loss possible; export your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, total liability is fees paid in the prior 12 months or RM100, whichever is greater. No indirect, consequential, punitive, or wellness-outcome damages. No liability for downtime, breaches, or other users’ conduct, except where Malaysian law forbids exclusion.
11. Indemnification
You indemnify Xeep and its people against claims from your breach, third-party rights, misuse, content you submit, or harm you cause. We may take over defence; you may not settle without consent. Survives termination.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Malaysian law. Exclusive courts of Selangor, subject to arbitration. Informal resolution first via [email protected] (30 days). Then binding AIAC or KLRCA arbitration in English in Kuala Lumpur, single arbitrator, each side bears own costs unless the arbitrator says otherwise. Individual claims only — class-action waiver. Either party may go to court for IP or unauthorized-access injunctions.
13. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion takes effect straight away and cannot be undone; there is no cooling off period. We delete your account and the information that identifies you. We keep a de identified copy of your health measurements that cannot reasonably be matched back to you, as Section 5 of the Privacy Policy explains. Before anything is deleted, we cancel any recurring billing so no further charges are made. Fees already paid are not refunded, and our payment provider keeps billing records for as long as tax law requires. Outstanding charges remain due.
Xeep may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, abuse, non-payment, illegality, or harm to Xeep or users. Cause termination: no refund; we may pursue damages. Surviving clauses include IP, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits, and disputes. If we close your account, we delete your data in the same way, as Section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes.
14. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes: at least 30 days’ notice by email, site/app banner, or in-app acknowledgment. Non-material: Last Updated date. Continued use is acceptance. If you disagree, stop and terminate before the change. Version history: xeep.io/terms/history.
15. General Provisions
Entire agreement with Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Wellness Disclaimer, and incorporated policies. Severability, no waiver unless written, you may not assign, Xeep may assign in a corporate transaction, force majeure, no partnership, no third-party beneficiaries, notices by email or site, English prevails, headings for convenience only.

17. Acknowledgment
Using Xeep means you accept the Section 5 data licence (a de identified copy of your health measurements is kept after account deletion and may be licensed only as Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes, and only if Research sharing is on), wellness-not-medical status, arbitration and class waiver, warranty and liability limits, and Malaysian law. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
